Where We Ship

STAXIO currently ships to addresses within the United States only — all 50 states, Washington D.C., U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands), and APO/FPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping Options

Free & Secure Shipping — $0.00. Our standard shipping method, available on every U.S. order.
Express Shipping — $85.00. For customers who want their order prioritized.

The shipping methods available for your order, along with their estimated delivery windows, are shown at checkout before you pay, based on your delivery address.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email right away. We'll send a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, though we're glad to help however we can — reach out to contact@staxio.store right away if you notice an error after ordering.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows a delivery you never received, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at contact@staxio.store within 7 days of the delivery date so we can look into it with the carrier.
